CUERPO
bodyWhat keeps you standing.
Movement, rest and what you eat. Not to look a certain way: to arrive at sixty in one piece, with energy left to spend.
- Train
- Sleep what you owe yourself
- Eat like someone worth feeding
The brotherhood behind Reto100
You win in the business and lose in the body. Or the other way around. Nobody told you all four areas had to hold at once. Or that doing it alone was never going to work.
Opens August 30, with a fourteen-day trial.
There are no modules to finish and no certificate at the end. You will not collect notes you never open again.
RETADORES is a brotherhood: people doing the same thing, on the same day, who notice when you don't show up.
The deal nobody signed
You built something. And to build it you let things go: the training, the quiet, the calls you never returned, the table you no longer sit at.
They told you to focus on one thing. You did. And it worked, until everything else started sending the bill.
The problem was never discipline. It was being alone while you applied it.
A life doesn't get focused. It gets held up. And nothing stands on a single point of support.
The manifesto
We didn't come here to be motivated.
Motivation runs out at six in the evening.
We're still going at nine.
We're the ones who carry it.
The payroll.
The rent, or the mortgage on the house you dreamed of.
The faith of people who never saw us hesitate.
And somewhere along the way we made a deal nobody signed:
the body for the business.
Peace for the number.
The family table for one more call.
We called it sacrifice.
Its name was wear.
That deal breaks here.
A life does not stand on a single leg.
Cuerpo. Conciencia. Conexión. Capital.
All four. Every day.
Even a little. Even with nobody clapping.
We don't believe in weekend transformations.
We believe in day 37,
when there's no will, no time and no witnesses.
Except the ones who show up.
Because nobody climbs alone.
Whoever comes loose gets pulled back up.
We don't ask why you fell.
We ask what time we start again.
We don't promise it gets easier.
We promise it won't be in silence.
One day doesn't change your life.
A hundred days in a row don't leave you the same.
I am a retador. And today it's on me.
The 4C
They don't take turns. There is no body season followed by capital season. All four, every day, even if only at the minimum.
What keeps you standing.
Movement, rest and what you eat. Not to look a certain way: to arrive at sixty in one piece, with energy left to spend.
Your connection with God, and with yourself.
Prayer, silence, reading, writing. The work of looking up and looking inward before life forces you to do it all at once.
The people who matter, and the ones who hold you up.
Your home, your brothers, your people. The first thing sacrificed and the last thing anyone regrets.
The business, the money, what you're building.
The concrete action that moves your project. Not the one that keeps you busy: the one that actually moves it.
The ABAD Method
The four pillars are not four more areas: they are the criteria you apply inside each one. Four by four, sixteen squares.
Abundancia, Bienestar, Autoconciencia, Dirección. The initials are not a coincidence.
How it works
Every day, before it ends, you log all four areas. Three minutes. The app records it and your squad sees it.
You're not marking for an app. You're marking in front of a small group of people doing the same thing, who notice when you go missing.
You don't finish: you graduate. On day 101 you don't go back to your old life, because the brotherhood is still there and you are someone else inside it.

A missed day doesn't erase the ones before it. What counts here is what you stack up, not what you break.
The instrument
We're not selling an app. But a brotherhood needs somewhere the record lives, and that place is Reto100.
Three minutes a day. All four areas. And a record your squad can see.
The brotherhood
No sales call, no acceptance letter, no waiting list. You download Reto100, you start marking your 4C, and you are a retador.
The app has a fourteen-day trial and then a membership. This is not a free program and it is not a charity: it is a brotherhood that pays its own way, and the membership is what pays for it.
What you cannot buy is the place you hold inside. That gets earned by marking, day after day, and it shows.
Never with money. Never with revenue. With days.
The code
That's what makes them rules instead of adjectives. Each one says what you do, not what you feel.
You mark your day even when it was a bad one. Effort isn't up for discussion here: it's recorded. If it isn't written, it didn't happen.
Nobody brags about a business growing while their body falls apart, or a perfect body while they don't speak to their people.
If your squad hasn't seen you in two days, someone writes. Not to scold you: to ask if you're alright. And when the missing one is you, you write.
Nobody starts from zero here. Whoever breaks the chain comes back the next day and keeps counting.
Ten minutes today and tomorrow beat three heroic hours on Sunday and nothing the rest of the week.
In the squad you say the real number, the real weight, the conversation you didn't have. And what's said in the squad stays in the squad.
The symbol
It is a summit. And it is an arrow. The same shape read two ways, and that is not an accident.
A mountain drawn as an arrow. The obstacle and the direction are the same stroke: what stands in front of you is exactly what tells you where to go. Marcus Aurelius wrote it eighteen hundred years ago: what stands in the way becomes the way.
An A carries a bar joining its two strokes. This one doesn’t. Here each stroke holds the other up, and if you remove one there is no summit left: there is a slanted line. No single line makes a peak.
The strokes are not vertical. This is not a tower, it is a slope. And a slope is climbed, not admired. Seneca: there is no easy way from the earth to the stars.
That angle governs everything the brand touches. When you see it, you already know whose it is.
The pulse
Once the brotherhood starts marking, its numbers live here, in plain view. Not testimonials: consistency.
The counters switch on August 30.
When you tell it, tag it
The levels
A brotherhood is not a flat group. Above the ranks there is a circle of leadership: the retadores who walk alongside others and work closely with Christian.
You get in by application and interview, and to apply you need rank. First you show it; then we talk.
Opens later.
Some people shorten the road by working directly with Christian. That does not buy rank. Rank is earned with days and it is not for sale. But it does speed up your growth and how ready you are to lead inside the brotherhood.
Work directly with Christian ↗Who this isn't for
Who's behind it

The ABAD Method came out of years spent with people who were winning in one area and losing in the other three.
Christian runs the challenge in public, with his streak visible to anyone inside the app. It is the opposite of a guru and it's impossible to fake.

Questions
Reto100 has a fourteen-day trial and then a membership at USD 9.99 a month or 79.99 a year. There is no separate fee for belonging to the brotherhood: it comes with it. What is not for sale is rank: that is earned with days.
No. There are retadores of both genders and the squads are mixed. The only thing we share is that we do our 4C every day.
You're still in. A missed day doesn't reset the challenge or erase what you've stacked up. What counts is how many days out of a hundred you completed, not how long you've gone without breaking anything.
Marking the 4C takes three minutes. Doing them is up to you, and there are minimum days: a walk, ten pages, one call, one task. Minimums count too.
No. You can start by just marking. The small group comes when you want it and goes as deep as you let it.
Because the twenty-one-day thing is a myth. Serious research puts the median at sixty-six days to automate a habit, with cases reaching two hundred and fifty. A hundred days is an honest number.
Four criteria (abundancia, bienestar, autoconciencia and dirección) applied inside each of the 4C. The 4C tell you where to act; the method tells you whether what you're doing there is worth anything.
Yes. Nobody here asks what you bill, and rank isn't earned with money. It's earned with days.
